Show starts super early and you’ll miss most of it

This was the worst concert experience I've ever had, coming from a concert enthusiast. I missed the first hour of Fiona Cauley's 90-minute set because there was no announcement that there wouldn't be an opener or that she would start her set 30 minutes after doors opened. Every other show I've attended this year had an opener go on an hour after doors opened, so I paid $70 for 30 minutes. The lack of communication to ticket holders about the abnormal schedule was upsetting and made me reconsider buying tickets from Ticketmaster for a first-time artist. The careless handling of the situation ruined the concert for me.
